Commercial Equipment Dealer Program

Trifecta Business Group is a commercial loan brokerage and business consulting firm. Our dealer program gives equipment sellers a simple way to offer commercial financing at the point of sale. One advisor matches each buyer’s file to one lending desk at a time. The file is never sold or auctioned, and there is no hard credit pull to explore options.

Dealer toolkit

Already have a financing partner? Keep it.

We work alongside your primary lender as a second look, not a replacement. When a buyer is passed over (newer business, thinner credit, older or used equipment, or a private-party purchase), send the file to us before the buyer walks. Smaller transactions can often be reviewed on an application and bank statements; your advisor confirms what a specific deal needs. Approval is never guaranteed.

From quote to funded invoice

  1. 1. Application received

Your buyer finished the short intake.

  2. 2. Under review

The matched equipment desk is reviewing the file.

  3. 3. Documents out

Closing documents were sent to your buyer to sign.

  4. 4. Delivery & acceptance

Deliver the equipment and confirm acceptance with the funder.

  5. 5. Funded

The funder pays your invoice per its funding instructions.

Tip: keep your W-9 and payment instructions on file with us so funding paperwork is ready when a deal is approved.
