Trifecta Business Group
How we protect your business while you look for capital.
Many business owners have shared their financials once and then fielded calls for weeks. Our process works differently: one advisor, one matched lending desk, and every term explained before you sign.
Commercial financing only · No hard credit pull to explore your options
What happens when your file reaches us
These are the standards we hold for every commercial file, whether you’re looking for working capital, equipment, real estate or the purchase of a business.
- 01
One advisor. One matched lending desk.
The standard: Your file is not broadcast to a marketplace, auctioned, or sold to lead lists.
What it means for you: One advisor who knows your file, and one lending desk chosen because it fits your industry, revenue and time in business. No wave of calls from strangers.
- 02
No hard credit pull to explore your options.
The standard: The first review uses the information you share with us and your bank statements.
What it means for you: You can see where your business may fit before any hard inquiry. A lender’s formal credit review happens only after you choose to move forward and authorize it.
- 03
Net-funding clarity on refinances and add-ons.
The standard: When new money pays off an existing position, we walk through the payoff figures with you.
What it means for you: You see how much is going to existing balances, how much reaches your account, and what the new money costs, before you sign anything.
- 04
Every fee explained before you commit.
The standard: Your advisor reviews each offer with you line by line.
What it means for you: Origination charges, payment frequency, total payback and any prepayment terms are explained in plain language. If something in the final paperwork differs from what was discussed, we raise it with you before closing.
- 05
A private document room, with room for your CPA.
The standard: Statements and tax returns go into a private upload room protected by an email verification code. No account or password to manage.
What it means for you: You can give your accountant or bookkeeper their own link to add financial documents. They never see your photo ID.
What we will never do
A bank loan officer works for the bank. Your Trifecta advisor works on your file, and helps you understand an offer before you decide.
- ✕Sell, rent or share your file with lead buyers
- ✕Send your application to many lenders at once
- ✕Promise approval, rates, amounts or funding dates
- ✕Offer residential home loans or consumer financing
- ✕Pressure you to accept an offer that does not fit
Ready when you are.
The basic intake takes about 3 minutes. Upload documents now or later, no login required.
A clearer path to the next step
Why don’t you name your lending partners?
Our lending partners stay confidential so your file isn’t passed around or marketed to. What matters to you is the desk that fits your deal and the terms it offers. Your advisor explains who is reviewing your file and every term before you sign.
Does exploring options affect my credit?
No. There is no hard credit pull to explore your options. Your first review uses the details you provide and your bank statements. A lender may run a formal credit review only after you choose to move forward and give permission.
Will my information be sold or shared with other lenders?
No. Your file is never sold. We match it to one lending desk at a time, and only send it to that desk after we talk with you. If that desk declines, we explain why and discuss your next step before any other review.
What if my bank already said no?
A bank decline is often about the bank’s own rules, not the end of the road. Start with the reason they gave. Translate-IQ explains common decline reasons and the questions to ask an advisor. The results are educational, not an approval decision.
Review your decline with Translate-IQ →Who pays Trifecta Business Group?
There is no charge to explore your options. If you move forward, any costs tied to your financing are explained in writing before you commit, so you can compare the full picture and decide whether the offer makes sense for your business.
