Who we help

For real estate & business brokers

One advisor. One lending desk.

How it works when you introduce a buyer

  1. 01

    Talk through the deal

A short call about the purchase, the buyer’s plans and the target closing date. The target date helps us plan; it is not a promised funding date.

  2. 02

    Send the basics

Business tax returns, interim financials, bank statements, the signed LOI or purchase agreement, and the buyer’s personal financial statement.

  3. 03

    Match one lending desk

We match the file to one lending desk that fits the deal and tell you exactly what it needs. The file is never sold.

  4. 04

    Stay updated through closing

We keep the buyer updated through closing. We share status with their broker only when the buyer gives permission.

Document checklist

What your buyer should have ready

Start with the purchase details and documents that apply to the deal. The advisor will explain what the matched desk needs; not every transaction needs the same file.

Send sensitive documents only through the secure document room, not in introduction notes.

  • Recent business tax returns
  • Interim financial statements
  • Recent business bank statements
  • Signed letter of intent (LOI) or purchase agreement
  • Buyer’s personal financial statement
  • Property details, purchase contract and rent roll, where applicable
  • Deal type and target closing date

Introduce a buyer

Residential home loans aren’t something we offer. We finance commercial deals only.

We’ll reply to you about this introduction. This permission is not consent to marketing texts or permission to share the buyer’s file status with you; the buyer must authorize status updates separately.

Frequently asked questions

A clearer path to the next step

Do you work with residential buyers?

We do not offer residential home loans for personal or household use. We work with commercial business purchases, owner-occupied commercial property and business-purpose investment property transactions. If the purchase is a buyer’s personal home, this is not the right financing service.

Will you contact my buyer without their OK?

No. Before submitting an introduction, you must confirm that your buyer has agreed to be contacted by Trifecta Business Group. We will coordinate the next step with you. Permission to contact the buyer does not automatically authorize us to share their financial information.

Will I get updates?

We share file status with you only when the buyer gives permission. With that authorization, your advisor keeps you informed about the next steps and outstanding items through closing. The buyer controls that permission, and private documents are not included in routine status updates.

Is there a cost for the buyer to explore options?

There is no charge for the initial conversation to explore options, and no hard credit pull to explore your options. If the buyer proceeds, the applicable costs and terms will be explained before they commit. Exploring a deal is not a financing offer or approval.

Can you meet the target closing date?

The target date helps the advisor assess the transaction and organize the next steps, but it is not a promised closing date. Underwriting, documentation and property reviews can affect the calendar. We explain outstanding requirements so the buyer and authorized broker can plan realistically.
